Noc żywych trupów | Night of the living dead

Powoli kończą mi się pomysły na tytuły notek o zombich... Następny stary zombie GW, wyprodukowany, wg. katalogu GW w 1985 r. Kawał czasu. Figurka jest pewnie starsza od niektórych czytelników. Swoją drogą po zerknięciu do wspomnianego katalogu, zauważyłem że brak mi czterech wzorów starych zgnilców... Wracając do figurki. Malowanie, oczywiście, dipem, jedyne odstępstwo od normy to nieco bardziej kolorowe gacie. Po raz kolejny stwierdzam, że te starutkie figurki mają niesamowity urok. Wyglądają groteskowo i śmieszno-strasznie - a była to jedna z cech starego Warhammera, która mi niesamowicie odpowiadała. Wszystkie współczesne wzory poszły w kierunku heroizmu... I nie ma już miejsca, na takie wzory jak stary czempion szkieletów Mikael Jacksen z oryginalnego zestawu "Terror of the Lichemaster". Czy choćby stare gobliny rzeźbione przez Keva Adamsa...

I'm slowly getting out of appropriate titles for zombie notes... Next old GW zombie, produced, according to the GW catalogue in 1985. A lot of time... It is older then some readers probably:)  By the way, I noticed in the catalogue that I'm still missing four original zombies from the eighties... Back to the miniature. Painted with dip, of course. I couldn't resist and painted a slightly more elaborate pants for him. I will repeat myself but really, all these old miniatures are really cool. They have a slight comical look which I like a lot. It was one of the defining characteristics of the old Warhammer Fantasy Battle and Warhammer RPG... All current miniatures are very heroic, there is no place for miniatures and names like old skeleton champion Mikael Jacksen from the original set "Terror of the Lichemaster". Or old goblins scuplted by Kev Adams...
