Dziś wyjątkowo będą dwie notki, znalazłem w sieci coś, z czym nie warto czekać do kolejnej odsłony "Wybranych z tygodnia". Rosyjski zespół "Galaxy Aflame", grający coś, co sami określają mianem Industrial Metal. Moim zdaniem określenie średnio przystające, ale... może być. Z zasady nie publikuję nic związanego z muzyką - nie o tym traktuje blog - jednak twórczość Rosjan z tego ansambla jest bezpośrednio związana z uniwersum WH40K. Tytuły utworów, takie jak "By the Grace of the Golden Throne", "Deus Mechanicus", czy "All is Dust: Lament of Thousand Sons" nie pozostawiają cienia wątpliwości, podobnie jak teksty utworów. I z tego samego powodu radzę zainteresowanym pobrać pliki do własnych maszynek, bo własność intelektualna GW, jak wszyscy wiemy, jest zazdrośnie strzeżona.
W linku, który podaję, brak jest co najmniej dwóch utworów, których tytuły pojawiają się w sieci - pierwszej części "Litany of Devotion", noszącej tytuł "Litany of Devotion pt. I. Exultemus" oraz drugiej części Lamentu Tysiąca Synów. Tu można posłuchać i pobrać utwory grupy Galaxy Aflame. A tu oficjalna strona zespołu na Myspace, gdzie znajduje się pięć utworów, tworzących płytę EP demo. Jestem bardzo ciekawy waszych opinii.
There will be two notes on my blog today, as I've found something which - in my opinion - is so cool that I won't wait for another part of "Chosen from the week". Russian group "Galaxy Aflame" playing something, which group itself desribes as Industrial Metal. Well, this category is maybe not the most appropriate, but... judge it yourself. I very rarely publish something about music, as this is not the subject of the blog but output of this Russian group is directly connected to the WH40K universe. Titles such as "By the Grace of the Golden Throne", "Deus Mechanicus" or "All is Dust: Lament of Thousand Sons" leave no shadow of doubt, as the lyrics of the songs too. And this is the reason I strongly advice to download these songs, as GW's intellectual property is guarded;).
